ph79 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph79 ("ph79," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing your use of the ph79 website at ph79.vip and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet through ph79, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ph79 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the ph79 Platform. ph79 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where material changes are made, ph79 will provide notice by posting a prominently dated update notice on the ph79 Login page or via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number.

Access to and use of the ph79 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) minimum age requirements and Republic Act 9287;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a household of an employee of ph79 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment service partners;
• You are not self-excluded from ph79 or subject to a PAGCOR-imposed gaming restriction or exclusion order;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

ph79 applies mandatory age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, UMID, or Driver's License — to verify your age and identity before withdrawals are processed. ph79 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, and to withhold any funds pending verification in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

To access real-money gaming on ph79, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen username, and a password. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Each individual may register only one (1) ph79 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein. ph79 may at any time request additional documentation for KYC purposes, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), proof of payment method ownership (GCash account verification, BDO or BPI account screenshot), or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

ph79 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Additional methods may be added or removed at ph79's discretion without prior notice. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification tier and selected payment method.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ph79 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party will be reversed to the original source of funds, and the player account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC completion. ph79 targets the following indicative processing times:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 5–30 minutes of approval;

All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page within the ph79 Platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ph79 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account wallet and must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted;
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry;

ph79 reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of any bonus claim and to decline or reverse bonus awards where ph79 has reasonable grounds to believe the eligibility conditions have not been met or that the promotion has been abused.

All games available on the ph79 Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. ph79 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG-based game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph79 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to do so;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime in contravention of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160) and its amendments;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by ph79;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to card games and live dealer tables;

ph79 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, to void all associated bets and winnings, to withhold and forfeit account balances where legally permissible, and to report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

ph79 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. ph79 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible to all registered players from the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content, software, or materials from the ph79 Platform without the prior written consent of ph79. Any unauthorized use of ph79's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph79, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, or interruption of service, even if ph79 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph79's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph79 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph79's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The ph79 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph79 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph79 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to resolve technical issues in a timely manner, but does not guarantee any specific uptime or service level.

ph79 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, ph79 will provide at least 14 days' notice by posting a notice on the ph79 Platform or sending an SMS to your registered mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ph79 may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if ph79 reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or if your continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ph79. Upon termination for breach, ph79 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and to apply forfeiture where applicable under these Terms.

You may close your ph79 account at any time by contacting ph79 support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable deductions under these Terms) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion and withdrawal processing requirements.

These Terms and your use of the ph79 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting ph79's customer support team. ph79 will use reasonable efforts to address and resolve your concern within 10 business days of receipt. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR's complaint handling division in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. ph79's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
